BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

E la Carte is seeking a polished and entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to build relationships with major restaurant accounts to deploy our restaurant technology across the US.

Our Presto touch-screen tablets increase restaurant efficiency and profitability, as well as guest interaction by enabling guests to browse appetizing pictures of the entire menu, place orders, split checks, make payments, and play interactive games ? all from the comfort of their restaurant seats without having to wait!

Position is based in Palo Alto, with 30-70% U.S. travel.

Job Responsibilities:
? Effectively develop and manage new restaurant business pipeline to exceed revenue goals.
? Lead generation, account qualification, sales cycle advancement, solutions development, negotiations, and deal closure.
? Work closely with the implementation team to ensure effective on-boarding of new business.

Requirements:
? 3 to 8 years experience in enterprise sales and/or business development.
? Understanding of restaurant industry technology terminology, methods and procedures.
? Enthusiastic, aggressive, entrepreneurial, and tech-savvy self-starter.
? Strong business acumen with aptitude for C-Level (CEO, CTO) discussions and communications.

REGIONAL SALES REP

E la Carte is seeking enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Sales Reps to acquire and manage new restaurant accounts for our revolutionary touch-screen tablets that enable restaurant guests to order, play games, and pay right from their seats without having to wait.

Responsibilities:
? Acquire & manage new restaurant accounts.
? Reach aggressive metrics-focused goals for lead generation and customer meetings.
? Develop key sales & marketing strategies.
? Maintain personal responsibility for building your own business, reporting to management, updating CRM/databases, etc.

Requirements:
? PASSION!
? 1-5 years previous experience in inside/outside sales; B2B preferred.
? Exceptional communication skills.
? Relentless determination, creativity, ambition, and hunger to learn.
? Restaurant and/or start-up experience a major plus.
? Must have own vehicle for regional travel.
