Finally! Oh, Glee, how I’ve missed thee! After a three week hiatus due to some baseball, Glee returns. But sigh…this episode was no pot o’ gold for me. Just a wee bit disappointed. We were introduced to Rory Flanagan, a foreign exchange student from Ireland whom Brittany thinks is a leprechaun. Rory is played by Damian McGinty, co-winner of the the first season of ‘The Glee Project’. Now is it just me or did you find yourself having difficulty understanding what this lad had to say most of the night? Oh wait. He wasn’t speaking English. He was speaking Leprechaun. (According to Brittany). No, but really. Hit the rewind button a bit too many times for my taste to catch what he was talking about. Anyhoo, if Rory grants Brittany her three wishes, then he’ll be able to get into her ‘pot o’ gold’. He’s crushing on her big time, and will do anything for her. Santana’s on to him. Watch out. He does a great job on his rendition of ‘Being Green’ from Sesame Street. I understood him perfectly when he sang. Heh. Meet the newest member of New Directions.
